风电塔吊装过程中风力涡流会引起塔筒振动影响安全吊装作业,使用扰流条可以改变气流方向减少以破坏涡流减少塔筒振动，改善机舱安装环境加快安装进度。在塔筒表面安装扰流条,每段塔筒3条，每条缠绕2圈。
During the wind turbine tower hoisting process, wind vortices can cause tower vibration, which affects the safety of hoisting operations. Using flow vanes can change the direction of airflow to disrupt vortices, reduce tower vibration, improve the nacelle installation environment, and speed up the installation progress. 4： 使用方法Application Method
4.1 绳系方式The rope binding method
这是一种较为传统的方法，将螺旋条通过长缆悬挂在塔壁孔处，使用安全可靠。
This is a rather traditional method. The spiral strips are suspended through long cables at the holes on the tower wall, and it is safe and reliable.
4.2 魔术贴捆绑带Velcro binding strap
在塔筒两端使用魔术贴捆绑带将螺旋条固定在塔筒表面，塔筒安装结束后用拉绳解开捆绑带，快速拆卸螺旋条。紧固带规格根据塔筒直径选用。
At both ends of the tower frame, use Velcro straps to fix the spiral strips onto the surface of the tower frame. After the tower installation is completed, use the pulling rope to release the straps, and quickly remove the spiral strips. The specification of the fastening band is based on the diameter of the tower cylinder.
